This famous scallop lives up to it's name. The Hokkaido scallop is tender, sweet and creamy - the flavour is incomparable. In 2013, the Hokkaido fishery attained MSC accreditation for sustainable fishing in the Sea of Okhotsk far to the north near Russia. Delicious quickly sauteed in butter and squeeze of lime!
